How it all started?
The land where the three villas were built was a property Diomedes Manias, born and raised in Ithaca Island. It used to be his favorite spot in the island, where he spent hours gazing the port of Vathy and the sun rising from the sea. Diomedes’ dream was to build his own home at this wonderful location. His dream was realized in 2008 by his son, Dionisis, who implemented his long awaited business plan.

Naias, Eos and Nereis Villas are 100% made of stone extracted from Diomedes’ land. The houses are located in the countryside of the island, very close to Kaminia Beach and only 2.7 kilometers away from Vathy, the capital of Ithaca. The location combines the beauty of the Ionian Islands with Ithaca’s traditional character.
Ultimate Privacy
Our guests’ privacy was the highest priority during the construction of our premises. Diomedes Villas are located in a rural site, away from the busy center of the island. On your way to the Villas, you will come across local farmers and shepherds, who cultivate their vineyards and olive trees and take care of their sheep. The land that surrounds each house is enclosed with railings and consists of gardens, flower beds and stone yards, providing our guests with a private and secluded space to enjoy recreation with their family and friends. We have made sure that the absolutely private places such as the swimming pools, have been enriched with bushes, trees and climbing plants so that they cannot be seen by the guests of the other houses and from the road.
Comfort
Each house can be accessed by two entrances, one for cars and one for pedestrians. During the day you can spent endless hours swimming and sunbathing in our totally private and fully equipped swimming pools. A traditional oven and BBQ are also included in the facilities of each house. They can be used any time of the day in order to prepare your meals.
The interior design and decoration combines the traditional character of the residence architecture with contemporary design. All houses have spacious bedrooms (20-25 m2) with own bathroom, spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen.
